Is that a blogroll in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
I guess I have blogroll envy. Some people out there have absolutely huge blogrolls. I’m talking dozens upon dozens of entries. How does a blogroll get to be that big? Do they actually have time to read all of them regularly?
As my blogroll stands right now, it is five entries long. I wouldn’t really think of putting anything on there I don’t read really regularly, as that would be somewhat deceiving. Actually, I sort of use my blogroll as bookmarks, in that I go to my blog and click through the links on the blogroll to see which other blogs have been updated with content I want to read.
For added fun, s/blog/smurf/g the above and see how close you get to an episode of the Smurfs. I’m already getting tired of the word “blog”. It truly is ridiculous-sounding.
Maybe I should call this an eWeb2.0Journal.
