Twenty miles down the road
I’ve completed the move back to my place near University of Maryland in preparation for the upcoming academic semester (which will be my last before graduation). As a result, you can expect more UMD-oriented posts. I’ll try to keep everything interesting to a general audience though.
The Opinion Editor at The Diamondback (the paper I work for as an opinion columnist) held a meeting earlier today. We’re trying out this new “pod” system. Each pod is a group of three columnists who review each other’s columns and offer helpful suggestions. I think it could work. It’ll be a little bit of extra work though. I suppose I could use some constructive criticism about my writing, and I certainly don’t mind giving some to others, either.
